What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear after delivery.
  • Requests made after the protection window has closed (usually 48 hours after delivery).
  • Items not purchased through official Sunnyday Gadgets platforms.

How to File a Claim:

  1. Email us at claims@sunnydaygadgets.com with:
    • Your order ID
    • Clear photos/videos of the item
    • A brief description of the issue
  2. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
