What’s Not Covered:
- Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear after delivery.
- Requests made after the protection window has closed (usually 48 hours after delivery).
- Items not purchased through official Sunnyday Gadgets platforms.
How to File a Claim:

- Your order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
