5. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted under our Purchase Protection Policy, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Reported within the return window as defined in our Return Policy

Many products listed on our site are refurbished or pre-owned unless explicitly marked as “Brand New.” These items have been tested for functionality and quality but may not come with official brand warranties or original packaging.
